June 26, 1913 – May 26, 2012

KINGSTON — Mary June Jenkins Browning died peacefully May 26, one month before her 99th birthday.

June was a beloved daughter, sister, wife, mother, grandmother, aunt and friend.

June was predeceased by her husband, William Taylor Browning. She will be greatly missed by her children, Bonnie June Sonnikson (Jim), William Everett Browning (Rose) and John Phillip Browning (Windy), six grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren, four great-great grandchildren and many nieces, nephews and friends.

June lived a full and happy life. Her home was a welcoming gathering place and all who entered became family. The family is grateful to the wonderful people who touched her life, bringing comfort and joy through her final years.

A memorial service will be held on June 16, noon, at Port Blakely Cemetery, Bainbridge Island, followed by a celebration of June’s life at 24289 Madura Drive NE, Kingston. Sign the online guest book at www.cookfamilyfuneralhome.com.
