13 compete for Miss Viking Fest, Little Miss Viking Fest titles
The 13th annual Miss Viking Fest Pageant is Saturday, 6 p.m., in the North Kitsap Auditorium.
Doors will open at 5 p.m. with seating at 5:30 p.m. Tickets are $10 for adults and $5 for children younger than 12, available from contestants and at the door.
The theme of this year’s pageant is “Swingin Into the ’50s.”
Miss Viking Fest
— Marlee Grasser, 16, is a sophomore at North Kitsap High School. She plays lacrosse, and is involved in choir and her church youth group. Marlee is sponsored by North Kitsap Family Practice & Urgent Care, Henden Electric, and Harrison Footware. She is the daughter of Paul and Lisa Grasser of Poulsbo.
— Britney Seeley, 17, is a junior at Kingston High School. She plays Select Soccer, is involved in athletic medicine and is on the honor roll. Britney is sponsored by Cenex, Hard Rock Inc., The Auto Glass Clinic and Mobile Radio Inc., and EHL Insurance. She is the daughter of Jason and Terri Seeley of Kingston.
— Gabrielle Thetford, 15, is a sophomore at North Kitsap High School. She plays soccer and is involved in choir and her church. Gabrielle is sponsored by Mike Pitts of Windermere, T&C Photo, Brad and Debra Brown, Chuck Power, Bridget Young, Jonnie Kimmel, and Joanne and Micheal Amrich. She is the daughter of Stacie Hitchcock of Kingston and Ted Thetford of Poulsbo.
— Maelena Mattson, 14, is a freshman at Kingston High School. She is involved in drill team, hydroplaning and cheerleading. Maelena is sponsored by Mattson Construction, Hare & Hounds, Moore’s Works, and Newton Construction Inc. She is the daughter of Tammy Mattson and Matt Mattson of Poulsbo.
— Bonnie Foley, 18, is a senior at North Kitsap High School. She is involved in ASB, choir and cheerleading. Bonnie is sponsored by The Elves Family, and Wade Zinn Physical Therapy. She is the daughter of Holly and Jim Foley of Poulsbo.
— Anna Hall, 15, is a sophomore at North Kitsap High School. She plays soccer and basketball, and is involved in choir. Anna is sponsored by Team Innovative Services, Inc, Acupuncture and Wellness Center, American Rose Bridal, and Clubhouse Events. She is the daughter of Amanda Cheatham of Poulsbo, and Aaron Hall of Pennsylvania.
Little Miss Viking Fest
— Kayla Baker, 7, is a first-grader at Suquamish Elementary. She loves cheerleading, gymnastics. playing softball and helping to cook. Kayla is sponsored by Kingston Crossing Wellness, Poulsbo Children’s Dentistry, Zero Gravity Athletics, and Ciao Bella Salon. She is the daughter of Alisha and Nick Chrisman of Poulsbo and Allen Baker of Poulsbo.
— Alayna Goulet, 10, is a fourth-grader at Breidablik Elementary. She loves softball, soccer, B.R.A.T.S and Kumba. Alayna is sponsored by Lydel Construction Inc. She is the daughter of Brad and April Goulet of Poulsbo.
— Delaney Palmer, 10, is a fourth-grader at Pearson Elementary. She loves ice cream, and playing soccer, basketball and tennis. Delaney is sponsored by Ron Hullings, and Pipeworks Mechanical. She is the daughter of Robert and Nicole Palmer of Poulsbo.
— Sarah Houser, 9, is a third-grader at Suquamish Elementary. She loves soccer, dancing, singing and playing piano. Sarah is sponsored by her mom and dad. She is the daughter of William and Brenda Houser of Poulsbo.
— Emalee Nazarino, 9, is a fourth-grader at Poulsbo Elementary. She loves American Dolls, cheerleading, watching movies and playing on the computer. Morgan is sponsored by Video ME Productions, and American Rose Bridal. She is the daughter of Mark and Debbie Nazarino of Poulsbo.
— Tatyana Morgan-Reyes, 10, is a fifth-grader at Vinland Elementary. She loves to sing, dance, swim and play dress up with her sister. Tatyana is sponsored by Karen Bazar with John L. Scott, her godparents Mr. and Mrs. Lueck, and Four Aces Drywall. She is the daughter of Andres and Mary Grace Morgan-Reyes of Poulsbo.
