POULSBO — Mark Engman, former resident of Poulsbo, died Feb. 25 in Spokane. He was 52.

He moved to Poulsbo in 1963, attended and graduated from North Kitsap schools.

Mark worked with his family in the oyster, shellfish and fishing industry  and later worked in reclaiming timbers and using them for new construction.

Mark died from complications of a long-term illness. He was preceded in death by his parents, Joe and Edith Engman.

Mark is survived by his brother, Gary Engman of Arizona; and sister, Nita Lynn of Port Angeles. Private family service will be held at a later date.
