POULSBO — Despite the cool, wet weather, students of North Kitsap High School filled Poulsbo's Front Street Wednesday evening for the annual Homecoming Parade.

The parade ended in Muriel Iverson Williams Waterfront Park, where the NK Marching Band and cheerleaders continued the celebration.

After quieting down, Homecoming royalty was announced. Royalty for 2011 Homecoming include: freshmen Sarah Widen and Conrad Schauer; sophomores Marlee Grasser and Matt Goodall; juniors Jessica Brink and Jacob Hausdorf and seniors Sarah Baugh, Jennier Lovato, Jocelynn Wright, Jesse Stigile, Shane Miller and Andrew Urquhart.

North Kitsap’s Homecoming king and queen will be announced Friday night during halftime at North Kitsap Stadium when the Vikings face the Olympic High School Trojans. Game begins at 7 p.m.
