KINGSTON — North Kitsap Fire & Rescue firefighters will host its annual breakfast from 7-10 a.m. on Saturday, Sept. 11, at the Paul T. Nichol headquarters fire station, 26642 Miller Bay Road, Kingston. The breakfast honors firefighters who were killed on Sept. 1, 2001.

Although there is no charge for the continental breakfast, firefighters will be accepting donations for their North Kitsap Community Partnership Fund. The partnership fund is generally supported through automatic payroll deductions from NKF&R’s own personnel, and provides the resources necessary to provide emergency assistance to victims and their families following fires or other tragedies.

Parking will be available at Faith Lutheran Church next to the fire department. For further information, contact NKF&R at (360)297-3619.
