Port of Kingston files lawsuit to evict Kingston Adventures

The Port of Kingston filed an eviction lawsuit against Kingston Adventures owners Beth and Rob Brewster after the Brewsters refused to move their equipment from port property. Notices for the Brewsters to vacate port property by June 30 were not heeded, according to Kitsap County Superior Court documents.

The North Kitsap Tourism Consortium has announced a new campaign and branding strategy to help increase tourism in North Kitsap County. The effort re-brands the area as “Washington’s Sanctuary Shore” with each of the area’s six communities — Kingston, Bainbridge Island, Poulsbo, Hansville, Port Gamble, and Suquamish — playing a distinct role.
