TRC completes project | Business Brief

Tim Ryan Construction Inc. recently completed the tenant improvement contract for Kitsap Pulmonary & Sleep Medicine located at 19917 7th Ave. NE in Poulsbo. The project architect was Morss Medical Architecture of Bainbridge Island. The new facility will be more than 6,400 square feet, including offices, exam rooms and monitoring rooms. The clinic will begin seeing patients on June 7.

The construction company also was awarded a contract by Colleron Inc. for the building renovation and tenant improvement for the H&R Block office located at 2411 6th Ave. in Tacoma.
