Windermere Poulsbo recently under went a change in leadership as Casey McGrath has stepped into the role of managing broker and Randy Taplin has filled McGrath’s former role as assistant manager.

McGrath has been with Windermere Real Estate since 1991 and a Kitsap County resident since 1981. Prior to Windermere, McGrath owned a restaurant in San Francisco and was in construction management on Bainbridge Island. McGrath sees his long experience as an agent, as well as his knowledge of home construction, as a tremendous asset in his new role.

“As a full time office manager I see my job as one of being a trusted advisor, facilitator, counselor, industry expert and hand holder,” McGrath said. “I try to match up the right agent for each client because, finding the right agent can turn a potentially stressful situation into an enjoyable and educational experience.”

Taplin has been with Windermere since 2002, and a Kitsap County resident since 1989. A native Californian, Taplin spent 19 years with EDS, a Fortune 500 company in the Information Technology industry, before making the move to real estate. Taplin will continue to sell real estate full time while sharing his business and management expertise with the office.
