Wilson elected secretary of Northwest MLS

POULSBO — Frank Wilson, branch managing broker at the Poulsbo office of John L. Scott, was recently elected secretary of the Northwest Multiple Listing Service board.

Wilson was elected to a second three-year term on the MLS board by MLS member brokers; fellow board members elected Wilson secretary of the board.

Bobbie Petrone Chipman, principal managing broker at John L. Scott in Puyallup, was elected chairman. Other new officers are Darin Stenvers, vice chairman; and Kenneth Anderson, treasurer.

New board members are Kevin Campbell, designated broker/owner, Windermere Kelso/ Longview; Michael Conn-olly, designated broker/owner, Windermere Real Estate Central, Kirkland; John Deely, president and managing broker, Coldwell Banker Bain, Seattle; Kathy Estey, managing broker, John L. Scott, Bellevue; and Lena Maul, managing broker/owner, Windermere Real Estate North, Lynnwood.

During Wilson’s 20-plus years as a real estate professional, he has served as president of the Kitsap County Association of Realtors and as a vice president with the state association. He is a U.S. Navy veteran.

The Northwest Multiple Listing Service, owned by its member real estate firms, is the largest full-service MLS in the Northwest. Its membership includes more than 21,000 real estate brokers. The organization, based in Kirkland, currently serves 21 counties in Washington state. Directors are elected from 11 voting districts.
