Learn about help that is available for homebuyers

POULSBO — The state Housing Finance Commission is offering buyer assistance programs that help make homeownership possible for low- and moderate-income homebuyers across the state.

A free homebuyer class will be offered March 30, 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., at Network Home Loans in the Clear Creek Building, 10049 Kitsap Mall Blvd. Suite 201, Silverdale. The class is presented by Lori Seligmann and Karen Keefe of Windermere Real Estate in Poulsbo.

At the class, potential homebuyers will learn how they can qualify for down payment funds and closing costs. This class validation is good for two years. Lunch will be provided.

Reservations are required. Call Seligmann at (206) 818-4069, or Keefe at (206) 200-4732.
