New associate at Windermere office in Poulsbo

POULSBO — Noelle Osborn, a former broadcast reporter and advertising executive, has joined the Windermere Real Estate Poulsbo office as an associate.

Osborn was born in Ireland and raised in England. The Pacific Northwest has been Osborn’s home for 12 years. She is a member of the board of the Cultural Arts Foundation NW, which is dedicated to furthering the arts in Kitsap County.
