21-lot subdivision proposed on Pugh near Lincoln Road

POULSBO — A developer applied for city permits for a 21-lot subdivision on Pugh Road near Lincoln Road. Thomas Wolter, WNV, LLC applied for a preliminary plat type III permit Nov. 15. The subdivision would be located on 4.85 acres on the 20000 block of Pugh Road. Zoning is low-density residential, with proposed lot sizes minimum 7,500 square feet — four to five units per acre.

The city has reviewed the proposed projects and expects to issue a mitigated determination of non-significance. A drainage study will be required.

Wolter has not applied for a clearing and grading permit, final plat, or building permits.

The application can be reviewed at City Hall.
