Liberty Shores receives grade of ‘deficiency-free’

POULSBO — Liberty Shores Assisted Living and Harbor House Alzheimer’s Communities in Poulsbo achieved a deficiency-free survey from the state Department of Health Services on Oct. 17.

DSHS is the state regulatory body that ensures the safety and quality of health services at long-term care facilities.

Liberty Shores underwent a four-day survey that included extensive interviews with nursing staff and other employees as well as residents and their families.
