Port Gamble
— Dauntless Bookstore in Port Gamble has closed. The space is now shared by Rainy Day Antiques & Vintage Items, and the Kitsap County Visitors & Convention Bureau.

Poulsbo Village
— Olympic Property Group, the real estate arm of Pope Resources, moves to the Union Bank building, 19950 7th Ave. NE, Poulsbo, on Nov. 9. OPG owns the Union Bank building.

OPG and Union Bank will share the building, with OPG occupying the top floor.

A public open house will be held after Jan. 1, spokesman Bob Silver said.

OPG sold its current site, at 10th Avenue and Lincoln Road, to Safeway, which begins construction in early 2013 on a grocery store, gas station and pharmacy.

— Ultimate Performance Rehabilitation & Wellness has an additional 2,000 square feet at its new location, 19351 8th Ave., Suite 200, Poulsbo. Ultimate Performance was formerly located on Powder Hill Place, off 10th Avenue and Lincoln Road.

Owner Megan Milyard, an occupational therapist, said the number of clients is up 25 to 30 percent since Ultimate Performance moved to the larger site.Ultimate Performance (360) 697-3003 offers physical therapy, orthopedic preventative and after care, occupational therapy, hand therapy, industrial rehabilitation, physical capacity evaluations, ergonomics, work hardening and conditioning, corporate wellness, bariatric programs, cold laser, performance testing, and neurological rehabilitation. Equipment includes four treadmills, two ellipticals, a stairmaster, two recumbent bikes, concentric stack machines, free weights, and fitness balls.

— Curves of Poulsbo ( has moved to 279 Lindvig Way, between Viking Avenue and Bond Road, in Poulsbo. Curves was formerly located at 19351 8th Ave NE, Suite H, Poulsbo.

Downtown Poulsbo has had some recent additions and losses.

— Well Being Yoga & Spa has moved from 19347 Jensen Way to 19045 Highway 305, Suite 190, Poulsbo.

— Inspiritu Salon has moved from 19335 Jensen Way to 19980 10th Ave., Suite 102, Poulsbo.

— Guild Mortgage opens Nov. 9 at 19325 Jensen Way. Loan officer Joan Qvigstad moves to the Jensen Way office from Guild Mortgage’s Bainbridge office.

— Sugar & Spice Tea Co. has settled in to 18928 Front St., and has expanded its product line to include tea party items, including vintage hats, scarves and embroidered hankies.

— The space next to Indi Studio, 18850 B Front St., is vacant. Call 981-9735 for lease information.

— Liberty Bay Gallery is thriving at 18830 A Front St.

— Across the street, Blue Phoenix, a short-lived house and gardenware store, has vacated 18827 Front St., No. 1. Alexandria Home has vacated 18827 Front St., No. 4.
