New gas station proposed for Viking Avenue

POULSBO — A Gig Harbor company is proposing a gas station with convenience store, fast food restaurant and car wash on Viking Avenue.

Hungsung, LLC applied to the City of Poulsbo to build the nearly 5,000-square-foot facility July 27.

The application [lays out] a convenience store and fast foot restaurant, with a drive-through, a 666 square-foot car wash, and fueling area with four pump stations.

The site, located at 21895 Viking Ave., is near the intersection of Viking Avenue and State Route 305.

The applicant proposes two access points from Viking Avenue, 34-off street parking spaces, and stormwater management facilities.
