Forum focuses on opportunities for Kitsap Peninsula

SUQUAMISH — The Kitsap Economic Development Alliance hosts “Decision Makers II: Regionalism … Boeing’s 737 MAX” on Nov. 3, 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at Kiana Lodge on the Suquamish reservation.
Business, community and government leaders will discuss how the aerospace industry impacts our regional and local economy.
Decision Makers II is a forum to learn about the regional opportunities created by companies like Amazon, Boeing, Vigor, and Watson Furniture.
Panel members:
— Scott Bosch, CEO, Harrison Medical Center.
— Josh Brown, commissioner, Kitsap County.
— Bill Mahan, commissioner, Port of Bremerton.
— Julie Tappero, president, West Sound Workforce.
Tayloe Washburn, co-chair of the Washington Aerospace Partnership, will be the keynote speaker. He will address existing and new opportunities in the aerospace industry for Washington, Puget Sound and Kitsap companies.
